Collective insolvency proceedings change how an earlier invoice must be handled. This article sets out only the verified public facts concerning BOLT INFLUENCE and the checks that may assist a creator or provider who genuinely holds a claim.
What is established
According to the Paris Economic Activities Court judgment of 8 January 2026, available through Pappers Justice, judicial liquidation following a declaration of cessation of payments was opened against SAS BOLT INFLUENCE, Paris Trade and Companies Register number 853 689 248.
According to the same judgment, the company’s declared activity included influencer marketing and influencer career management.
The proceedings and company identity must be checked using the SIREN number rather than the trading name alone.
What this does not establish
The opening of proceedings does not, by itself, establish that every creator, influencer or provider is unpaid.
The consulted sources do not publicly identify a specific creditor, the amount of an invoice or an individual dispute.
A judgment date alone is insufficient to calculate an individual deadline: the relevant BODACC publication and the creditor’s circumstances must be checked.
If you are affected: what should you do?
01
Identify the legal debtor
Compare the company name and SIREN number on the contract, quotation, purchase order and invoice.
02
Assemble evidence of the claim
Gather the accepted quotation or contract, invoice, communications, approvals and delivery evidence.
03
Verify the official publication
Check BODACC and registry information to confirm the proceedings and appointed officeholder.
04
Act without delay
Obtain appropriate advice promptly where a statutory deadline may apply.
Points to watch
- —Do not file against a company merely because its name resembles the one used in a campaign.
- —Do not replace contractual evidence with context-free social-media screenshots.
- —Do not continue ordinary collection steps as though no collective proceedings had opened.
- —Do not describe the proceedings as proof of fraud, wrongdoing or widespread non-payment.
